John Carey was a draper from Bristol, England. He had two sons, John and Miles, who migrated to America. We descend from John who came to Plymouth, Massachusetts. Miles came to the Williamsburg, Virginia, area. In his will Miles mentioned that he had two houses that were to be sold. One was on Bellaume Street and the other was on St. Nicholas Street at Bristol, England. Both of these areas are on the video as they are today. Other people mentioned in the video are from the Stallings family history, not the Carey family history.
